HOW TO MAKE A COSMOPOLITAN.

 2  oz. Citrus Vodka

1/2 oz. Triple Sec / Orange Liquor

1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice

 1 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake it like a polaroid picture.
(see lesson #3, if you still don't get it)
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with lemon zest. Seriously. Lemon Zest.​

HOW TO SHAKE A COCKTAIL.

1. Buy a proper tin.

2. Buy some booze.

3. Add ice & booze, maybe some juice too.

4. Shake over the shoulder. Like throwing a baseball.

5. Never. Ever. Up and Down. Really.

​HOW TO MAKE AN O​LD FASHIONED.

​​2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey

3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 sugar cube
1 cap/splash soda water
lemon zest
orange zest
1 "real" maraschino cherry

In a old fashioned glass, combine sugar cube, bitters & club soda. Crush to a paste. Add Bourbon.

Stir till dissolved. Add Ice. Garnish with citrus zest by squeezing at the sides and "zesting" the top of the cocktail. Add the maraschino cherry.

Drink slow. Then Repeat.​​

​​HOW TO MAKE AN OLD FASHIONED #2.

2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 bar spoons simple syrup
2 slices of orange 
2 "fake" maraschino cherries

In an old fashioned, combine orange, cherries, simple syrup & bitters.

Fake cherries are the bright red ones that don't grow that color. Read the ingredients. Muddle together (crush using a muddler or clean hands if you must)

Add bourbon. Stir. Add Ice. Stir some more, why not.

Drink. Enjoy. Repeat.

HOW TO MAKE A SKINNY MARGARITA.​​​​​​

2 oz. 100% Agave Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Agave Nectar

First, let's set the record straight. This is a Tommy's Margarita.

Trust me. Look it up. Tommy's Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco.

​Ok. Now, back to the cocktail.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Add Ice. Shake, baby, shake.

Strain into a glass. Add fresh ice, you deserve it.

p.s. if want to make it super skinny.

     sub artificial sweetener for the agave.

     i mean, if you must. but i wouldn't.
